Born in 1961 in Namibe, Angola, Dr. Paulo Malo has always been enthusiastic about complex cases and was saddened to see edentulous individuals with uncomfortable removable prostheses.

Driven by his curiosity, Dr. Paulo Malo ventured to find the perfect solution. He visited several implantology centers worldwide that are based on innovation and quality, and with them, he developed a true revolution in fixed oral rehabilitation. The All-on-4® concept, recognized worldwide by the dental community, allowed completely edentulous patients to have fixed teeth without the need for bone grafting.

Dr. Malo has developed surgical techniques and innovative products, such as the exclusive All-on-4®, the new Zygoma implant, Extra-Maxilla surgery, NobelSpeedy® implant, and the Malo Bridge fixed prosthesis.

Dentist specializing in Periodontology and Osseointegration, graduated from the Pontifical Javeriana University in 1993. With over 27 years of experience in implantology and periodontology, he holds various updates and certifications, including The American Academy of Osseintegration Annual Meeting 2011 in Washington; Theoretical-practical modular surgical course in Periodontal Plastic Surgery in Santiago, Chile; and Classic All-on-4® and Zygomatic implants in Lisbon, Portugal with Dr. Paulo Malo.

He was a professor in undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Periodontology and Osseointegration at the Javeriana University, Cooperativa de Colombia University, and San Martín University. He has served for 10 years as the scientific director of Malo Dental Bogotá clinic, the only Malo Dental branch in Latin America.

With over 8,000 successful implants placed, Dr. Sergio Trujillo has established himself as one of the best implantologists in Colombia, serving as a reference for many colleagues.
